The most annoying thing in comic book movies/shows for me has always been the wasting of villains. This also goes for some heroes, I brought up an example in one of the pictures, but it’s usually villains.
No matter how big or small the character is, I usually always want them to at least do something. Smaller characters obviously have more room for change, but sometimes they bring them in and they don’t even give them one thing to do. Just kill them.

I could go on for a LONG time about certain movies or characters that really annoy me when they do this, but I’ll just leave these pictures of a few here. I can explain some of them if you want but that’ll be in a reply. I won’t put it all in here because it’d take forever.

Wasting a character though can be a few things:

1. They don’t get enough time for them to really thrive, which means they’re either killed too quick, they are sidelined, or have to share the screen with another which hurts their time. This also just depends on each character.

2. They aren’t like themselves at all.

3. It’s kind of the same thing as a part first one but I think this applies to everyone, and that’s just dying too quick. Even before getting to do at least one cool thing.

What do you think about the wasting of characters?
