Help with probate/will in 1924 Los Angeles?

Hey folks - hoping to get some guidance.

I'm trying to track down the probate/will of a distant relative who died in Los Angeles, CA, USA on 6th April 1924. Her maiden name was Sophia Herrick, though her married name was Sophia Wallace and I imagine it would have been filed under that. Her Find-A-Grave is here, but doesn't have a lot more information than I already have. Based on research from other relatives (who are unfortunately no longer alive to ask questions of), I suspect that her will left a third of her estate to her brother, my 3x great-grandfather (John George Christoph Herrick in NZ), and it would prove a solid link between the two of them as I've been having trouble mapping out this branch of the family.

I've hunted through some of the probate records I'm able to find online, but haven't yet turned anything up, so I'm wondering if the experts on this sub would have any pointers to guide me.
