How much of this translates to eastern "energy" practices?

Mindgasm was 100% THE THING that led me to my current journey experiencing super orgasms and other forms of pleasure I never thought possible. I'm currently enjoying the exploration of moving the point of focus & pleasure around inside my body to different places and it got me to thinking about the concepts of "chi" and "chakras" and if these are the same things essentially, or at least related?

I know virtually nothing about ANY eastern "energy-centric" beliefs or practices, and I'm wondering if perhaps I should investigate them further (and if so, where to start)?

Thoughts? Suggestions?
