Suggesting Elo Range for a "Future Stars" tourney

Hi Guys,

After a few years, I want to go back to streaming and start my new journey with a tourney, I'm planning to do this after Hidden Cup is over but currently what I have in mind is to get players from 100-250. rankings so not the top 100, for a small prize pool around 250$ so they'd be encouraged to put more hours in the game but I've been away from the AOE2 for a while now as well and I don't know which elo range these players should be. I'm open to suggestions if you have other ideas from the pool
