Woodcrafting cnc

Don't buy it ;) I just want to now what cnc machine would I need to actually replicate that? It seems difficult as it's rotated? (I'm not a native speaker nor a CNC guy)you would need so sort of rotation axis?

Would be glad if someone could enlighten me.
