Help with DES/LES simulations in StarCCM+

I'm currently part of a team writing a paper on the differences between the different turbulence models in StarCCM+, namely RANS/DES/LES. We are running the simulation on a Dual Co Axial Propeller System and have currently finished with the RANS aspect of the simulations. However, I'm completely lost on how to practically proceed with DES/LES. I'm well versed with the theory and equation part of the subject. However, applying it in StarCCM+ has been challenging as we don't know where to go after the RANS simulation. Online resources tend to use OpenFoam and ANSYS. However, we are constrained to StarCCM+. Any advice on how to proceed with the DES/LES simulations would be greatly appreciated. My DMs are also open if you need specific information. I will also reply through the comments aswell.
