As far as lore goes, which operators are dead or no longer apart of Team Rainbow?

I don't keep up with the lore of the game much, but I've noticed it seems like Deimos has killed off some operators that are apart of the team, obviously multiplayer is not canon with who is and isn't apart of the team anymore, so I'm wondering as far as lore goes, who still is?
