Hackensack University Emergency Medicine residency info??

Trying to finalize my ROL and Hackensack appear to be a great program on paper that sees a high volume and high-acuity of patients like. Haven't rotated there nor do I know anyone that has so any insight is appreciated. Do they have graduated responsibility? Competition for procedures like ortho, anesthesia or surgery residents in the ED? Lastly, their program has a an ACGME accreditation with warning. What's that about??
