PC has black screen and loading cursor after update?

Hello all! Not super tech savvy, but in need of help. I logged onto my pc after a short time of not using it, and of course it needed some updates. I updated the graphics card and Windows 11. I then restarted my computer to finalize the updates but from there all I have on both monitors is a black screen with the cursor just endlessly loading as a blue circle. I can still move the cursor with my mouse, everything attached to my PC still seems operational, but I cannot seem to get the screen to return to normal.

I've already attempted to restart my computer, reset the graphics card using the Win+Shift+CTRL+B method, as well as attempted to get into Task Manager using CTRL+ALT+Delete, and nothing has worked. The graphics card reset blinks the screen but it's just between black and a slightly different shade of black, and task manager won't even appear. The only way to get anything to appear is to access the BIOS, which I didn't see anything of help in there either.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
