USA RA Requirements

Hello,

I am a pharmacist from the UK who just moved to the US. I do want to get into RA and was wondering which route would be best:

1. masters in RA from a university
2. certification in RA from a university
3. RAC

Also in terms of jobs, is the market saturated? Do they really need masters/certifications? What’s the average salary like?
