For anyone suffering the repetitive Hostile Takeover glitch...

... It think I figured out a fix for anyone with a PS5.

I loaded the game up to the Continue Game screen and then I held the PS button to be taking to my PS Homepage. It automatically went to Borderlands 3 where the "Resume Activity" card displayed with the mission I was actually meant to be on - just after saving Hammerlock. Pressed that, loaded straight up into Sanctuary and sure enough, I'm on the right mission.

I don't know of this will work all the time as I just done it once and that was it. I'm not willing to risk trying again but hopefully it can help some of you out.
