Superblast for long runs (20+ miles) (+ question about grip)
I searched through the sub and couldn't find many comments on how the Superblast does on long runs.
For the last couple years, I've mostly used the Triumph (19-21) for long runs in the 20-30 mile range. My knees, hips, feet, etc. still feel good post-run with the Triumph and I'm curious if people feel the same about the Superblast.
I'm a fairly slow runner with my 20-30 mile runs being in the 9:30-10:30 pace range. I've heard the Superblast doesn't do great with slower paces. Is that true?
Also, grip - I live in the PNW and notice that the Nimbus can sometimes feel sketchy on some wet surfaces. Is the Superblast the same way?
TL;DR:
-
Does the Superblast do well on long runs?
-
Does the Superblast do okay with slower paces?
-
How is the grip on the Superblast?
