Amplifier power

I’m a newbie in the process of setting up my home theatre (5.1.2) . I’ll be using Focal 301 for LCR and it has recommended amplifier power as 25-130w. I’ll be using Marantz cinema 50 av receiver. Do we need to adjust the amplifier power for each speaker or is it smart enough to adjust that as needed? If it needs to be adjusted, what would be the parameters to consider to set a certain power?
