Can't find my soul well rewards (SkyWars)

I got the necromancer perk from the soul well, but when I try to add the perk to my perkset, it says I need to buy it.

The same thing has happened for some kits as well. Especially the "mega" kits. I can only see normal and insane game modes, but I've never seen the mega game mode, but I've gotten like 4 kits for it already.

Is this a bug or does it take time for kits and perks to be allocated to accounts? The only kits I have are the ones I've bought with coins.
