Help getting into account?

Am trying to get back into FFXIV after not having played in a long time. I don't remember my password, it does not appear to be any of the normal passwords I use. Tried to get the password reset, but when I put in my birthday, it says its incorrect? Not sure if I had the wrong birthday entered on my account or what.

I've looked through the help pages, but can't seem to find a link to email/start a chat with a support rep. Is that possible or is everything just informational pages?
