How to start AI/ learning data science and anyone know any good projects/courses to learn it?

Currently I’m a junior and I’ve had no luck finding a summer2024 internship (thankfully I have a spring 2024 internship currently) . Does anyone have any helpful online YouTube videos/ courses to teach someone AI/ML for a complete noob?
