Help Me Choose: Georgetown vs. NUS (National University of Singapore)

By some miracle, I was accepted to both from Texas (Houston suburbs)! I love so many aspects of both of these schools so it's going to be very hard to choose! My intended major is econ/business/finance. I'm not sure if I want to go to grad school or Wall Street after college, but I'm certainly interested in both options.

Important things I want:

1. No toxic culture
2. Good social scene
3. Many research/internship opportunities
4. Supportive teachers who care about their students and aren't completely solely focused on research

Due note Georgetown, excluding travel costs, will be ~$225k more for my undergrad degree.
