Bot views from India from "Other Youtube Sources" killing my video

I'm extremely frustrated and disheartened. I'm a Canadian channel, have 50k subs, and the vast majority of my video views are from the US and get hundreds of thousands of views on average, each.

However last week, my latest video got spiked with a ton of unusual views from "Other Youtube Sources" and they are all coming from India, and all coming overnight (when it's their daytime). This video typically gets about 100 views a day, but this spike generated about 700 views in 8 hours so was very unusual.

I talked to YT support, but they told me everything was normal and were of no help. Then a few hours later, the hundreds of unusual views got deleted by YT.

Since then, I've noticed that every night I seem to get at least 100+ views from "Other Youtube Sources" from India, and these views are now 50%+ of my total views. YT sometimes deletes them, sometimes doesn't. But my video seems to be completely killed; YT no longer promotes it. The average watch time from these India views is less than 1 minute, while my average watch time from all other legitimate sources is 3:45 mins. It's literally killing my stats.

Is there anything I can do to combat this? I don't want it to damage my future videos. It's incredibly disheartening and discouraging because I spend a TON of time on filming and editing each one of my videos, only for it to get killed by bots.
