x201t or e430 ?

Local university is getting rid of the x201t and e430 for cheap. Want to get one for my kids and nephews. They are both the same price, around $20. Which do you recommend?

Any helpful links for updating these? I hear the x201t can be upgraded to windows11. Thanks.
