Have I accidentally jumped to the endgame?

Hi all. (Just as a disclaimer I have plenty of the story left to do) I've been working through the game and sidequests which led me to Harrower Dervla. This led me to buying and using the clumps of scourings. When I used it it transported me to mother's lull. Have I just triggered the endgame?
