Requirements:

• Proven barista skills for efficiently handling 120 to 150 coffees during busy Sat/Sun shifts.
• Consistent expertise in all coffee types.
• Friendly, efficient, and organized work ethic.
• Willingness to assist with the till, basic food prep, and general cleaning (training provided).
• Ability to clean and maintain a coffee machine.
• Strong English language skills for effective communication.
• Own transport for early starts or local residence (30-minute walk from the nearest train station).
• Working visa applicants are welcome, with a minimum of 12 months remaining.
