Ulysses keeps resetting to “Downloading”

Whenever I open the app on my iPhone, it reverts everything to “Downloading”. Then once it finishes, a lot of the sheet titles say “Untitled”. The support is being useless. I’ve been using this app since release. Has anyone else encountered this error? Any ideas how to solve it?

And finally, as much as I love the app, I’m done with all these Cloud errors. What’s the best way of downloading all my sheets, keeping the organization, so that I can switch to a different app?
