Paypal or stripe discounted-nonprofit rates?

I hope this does not violate rule 6. Getting straight information out of these no-customer-service orgs is really difficult.

Paypal's website states that they have a discounted rate for "qualified organizations," but the exact rate isn't mentioned anywhere on the schedule of fees they link. Has anyone managed to get the discounted rate? Can you share details about the process, timeline, and the rate itself?

With Stripe, I have a client who Stripe claims they have confirmed as a NP after we sent the IRS determination letter, but they are not receiving the NP rate. Has anyone successfully gotten the advertised 2.2%+$.30 rate from them? Did you need to do anything beyond the 'email us/open a ticket' procedures outlined on their website?

I'm not looking to be sold on anything, but if I've missed any payment processors that are offering a rate of 2.4 or less to a registered 501c3, feel free to share.
