I'm 33 years old and recently single. Should I even bother approaching women or accept being alone?

I was with a woman from 23 to 30. I was committed to her body and soul and thought we would be getting married and having kids. About two weeks before my 31st bday she left me. Since then I've been doing everything in my power to improve my life, financially, mentally, and physically. Things are turning around for me and the future is kinda bright, but I have no rizz and am super self conscious about my age, and the only women close to the same age as me are mostly single moms which I'm all good on(call me shallow). Whenever I go somewhere to meet woman, I usually keep to myself and end up saying "What's the point?" and going home. Should I even bother anymore, or just accept it?
