Organizationally being bullied by community memebers

Hi Columbus - I’m not sure what to do about it but I’m getting the impression from the community that I’m receiving negative unwanted attention/sort of bullying. I’m not sure how logistically it’s being done, but when I leave my home, it seems there’s always someone doing their windshield wipers or high beams at me in a sort of group effort bullying campaign. Would I contact the Columbus stalking unit for something like this? Has anyone heard of this type of thing happening in their area? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
