The NF is a fast, easy way to keep the skimmer (complete Drop In quest)

If it helps others: it took me one ~ 14 minute run of the nightfall to finish the Drop In quest and keep the skimmer (you only need to finish ONE thing on that quest, not all three). I guess the NF changes daily so I’ll try to keep these tips agnostic.

You probably need a group to do it right, blueberries just burn everything down too quickly. A friend and I used the LFG discord to find a third.

• Kills, emotes, and finishers matter for score. Not speed
• Make sure you emote + finish anything that’s major (orange bar) and above for extra points, including champions and ultras (or mini-bosses? The ones that are finishable)
• Consider dedicating one person to be The Finisher to streamline the process
• Don’t burn the boss down, damage it a little at the start of each phase to spawn enemies and kill them all, then DPS that phase (but don’t over DPS)
• ⁠Usually, on final phase I think enemies spawn endlessly but we hit 300K pretty easily
• ⁠The GG NF is locked at 1770 so it’s a pretty chill run, you just have to be deliberate about going through it
• Consider bringing a Phoenix well because those count as super kills which is extra points. Drop them for any big ad clear moments, don’t sit on em
• Everyone should suit up to make lots of orbs however you like, extra points
