Is there any mod where humans walk around and move freely?

Active humans is good and all but the passive humans who just defend themselves only move when there's an aggressive human near coming to attack them. Humans just feel dead to me, the game feels empty when I speed up the time to x8 and the only thing humans do is barely move and stay upright all the time.
