Riding 2up

Hey everyone, my wife and I are thinking about renting a 600 transalp and riding around Cambodia. I've ridden in Vietnam (off-road tour) and in Thailand (adv bike , self guided , mostly road) in the past.

I'm wondering how sketchy it's going to be navigating the roads in Cambodia on a big-ish bike riding 2up. My experience in Vietnam have me a bit concerned. Dodging bike trucks and going over sketchy bridges are the top fears for Cambodia.

Is it possible to pick a tame route suitable for a bigger motorcycle, 2up? Mostly there sight see, not push the limits on off road riding .
