Is this a good time?

So I’m semi average player at portal, and I know how to do tricks like portal bumping in chamber 16 and 17. And I even know how to do “portal sliding” in chamber, 15; and how to beat some other chambers in the fast way. So I want to know if my time for beating the game 30 m 35 s and 7ms is a good time for a ok player
