I (f18) masturbated in the pools bathroom during practice

As a high school varsity athlete I never really have a break so occasionally I get overwhelmed and extremely anxious. I was just using the bathroom during practice to pee. I felt a little itchy down there but as I scratched myself I accidentally hit my clit in just the right spot and angle. Honestly it made me a literally horny immediately. Couple with the cold wet suit and my warm body temperature this sensation was something I never really experienced. I decided to just rub myself a little but to at least give out some of the tension that was in me. Unfortunately I ended up rubbing myself for 20 minutes which infuriated my coach. He said that instead of being lazy and messing in the bathroom I should be practicing which scared me a little because it seemed like he didn't believe me that I was peeing the whole time or doing private business. I was just very embarrassed especially when coach complained to my dad who was picking me up that day but honestly the time was worth it.
