Plywood question for snap tie forms

Hello, I am trying to get enough plywood to pour concrete walls for my house. The plywood will be used twice, for pouring two courses of 5.5ft each.

My question: if the plywood is only going to be used for 2 pours, can I use untreated plywood? Or would I still need to get treated plywood?

The setup would be plywood with snapties, dual 2x4 walers, and wedges.
