Has anyone else had chills, low grade fever, extreme fatigue? Positive for ureaplasma parvum, gardnerella

I've been sick for months. Since at least November last year. I thought it was a "normal" kidney infection or uti at first. Each time it gets bad, I get chills, extreme fatigue, low grade fever, and typical uti symptoms like burning when peeing and frequency. My MD prescribed me cefdinir (I'm allergic to several antibiotics so options are limited). It helps during the treatment and a few days after antibiotics end, but then the problem always comes back. The uti symptoms plus chills, fever, fatigue. So since November I've been on cefdinir a couple times then keflex too. Finally I went to an urgent care a couple weeks ago because I just feel so so terrible and they told me to go see a gynecologist for complicated uti. And it's not the uti symptoms that are the worst. It's the extreme fatigue and feeling unwell that come with it. It's ruining my life. For months my kids have just seen their mom being unwell and in bed when I don't drag myself to work.

Anyway, I finally got in to see my gynecologist last week. They tested for everything and the first results I've gotten back were on friday. Positive for gardnerella and ureaplasma parvum. I didn't even know this existed so i was happy in a way to maybe have an answer to why ive felt like crap. I was given 1g of azithromycin and nothing else on friday. Saturday I felt better than I've felt in weeks. Then Sunday evening all the symptoms came back. Uti symptoms plus chills, extreme fatigue, low grade fever. Like it always does a couple days after an antibiotic. I am not a cryer or a sad person generally, but I bawled today. I am so tired of feeling like this and I want to feel better. My kids deserve their mom at her best or at least functional.

I just don't know what to do. Where I live you practically have to beg for antibiotics or any sort of help. And in all the searching I've done online I dont see the chills, fatigue, fever thing mentioned. Does anyone else deal with this with ureaplasma? I'm going to keep researching in case this isn't the cause of all my problems.

I'm going to contact the gynecologist and try to get them to prescribe doxy, but they don't like to be told what to prescribe. :(

Thanks so much in advance for any comments on this.
