Acct 301 vs Acct 220

I am coming up to the dreaded math portion of my degree. My degree planner says that I need to take either Acct 301 Accounting for nonaccounting Managers or Acct 220 Principles of Accounting. Which one would be easier as I am planning on taking it in the Summer and hope to have an easy summer overall before the Fall 300-400 classes start.
