Suddenly today I got 4 different calls from completely random people with the wrong number

First person called and asked if I was the DMV I said no and they apologized and said they thought they got my number from some state department. Strange.

Next a call from somebody trying to reach some kind of trust under my last name unrelated to me.

And then someone else within the state looking for someone with the same last name as me.

I get people get a wrong number but just not this often. Could anything weird be going on? It's all been different people who seem to be real but it's just so weird. Idk if im paranoid but I never say the word "yes" over the phone to someone who calls me because out of context I heard it can be used as some sort of consent to bill you. So it seems suspicious to get a bunch of seemingly unrelated calls even tho everything they are asking me results in a no you have the wrong person.
