Buyer opened a return, but didn't really ask for anything?

This is the text:

Hi , the listing states it comes with a dough hook. This is for our daughter and we are leaving town so we don’t have time to wait for it to arrive. We just had to purchase a new mixer today locally to take with us. Otherwise looks like it’s in ok condition. It is covered in a brown oil lime substance which looks like it won’t be too hard to clean. Thanks

When I listed it, eBay copied things over from the catalog, and I mistakenly forgot to deselect "dough hook". However I did put "includes everything shown" and no dough hook in the photos obviously.

There was probably a bit of oil leakage as the mixer had just been serviced and they like to overpack the gears and such. I did cover it in a plastic bag before shipping.

Oddly the buyer doesn't state what they want from the return?
