Transparent PBMs

Does anyone have any experience dealing with the so called “transparent” PBMs? I’ve started a communication with the CEO of a publicly traded company (that uses Caremark, ick) and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a PBM that may be mutually beneficial. Anything we can do to get these companies to stop using the big PBMs would be great!
