Is it possible to build resistance and intolerance to Midodrine after 3 years? (I can’t speak with my doctor any time soon)

Question

Hi, I’ve been taking Midodrine for +3 years. But I need to know if there’s a chance that your body can start to not tolerate it all of a sudden or progressively? I’ve been feeling weird after dinner (but now as usual). But it happens only inmediatly after diner and the only thing I can think off it’s that usually I take Midodrine before (between half and hour or an hour it depends). This didn’t happened before but it’s the obit thing makes sense bc happens only after i had dinner. idk… Midodrine supposedly makes bp higher… it’s a weird feeling, usually I feel worse after eating in general but this is q specific sesation after dinner and besides other stuff is a very weird internal vertical pain through all my abdomen but also a lot of nausea but it’s like feeling my presyncope lightheadeness and dizzy and general very unwell but in other way hahaha it’s so frustrating bc I can’t really explain it.
