Late to change primary email to keep UCD email

Hello. I was late to update my primary email to another non-ucdavis email. I did this today. Not sure if I did it correctly. Do you think they will still end my UC Davis email account, not giving my the one year extension?

Did anyone get an update when filling the form to change the primary email address?
