Estimate for concrete slab to install shed

I am looking at purchasing this garden shed (3.0mx 2.18m) to use as general storage. It requires a concrete slab to be anchored to. Currently there are pavers in the area as shown below.

I am ignorant on home improvements/renovations so was hoping for some advice on:

• What the expected cost would be?
• What size the slab would need to be?
• Likelihood of finding a company that could do both the slab and install the shed to simplify the process.
• Is there any other information I should gather before engaging a vendor?
• Is there a better place to get a shed of similar proportions for pricing?

Location is in Adelaide, Port Adelaide/Enfield council area.
