Minor anal bleeding

When I (18M, white) wipe my ass, sometimes there is a drop of bright red blood on the paper. I have been the receptive partner in anal sex, but I haven’t noticed a connection between receiving and anal bleeding I don’t have any pain, and my anus doesn’t hurt from sex. There is no blood in the stool

Should I talk to my doctor? It makes me worried sometimes
