New Mac display off

Hello, bought my m2 15 MacBook Air in November and it’s been a dreams set it on the table last night and it was working fine. Went to use it today and the screen was turning off whenever slightly moved and now it’s not coming on at al.

Screen is a dark grey when on, but there’s nothing there now. It did say something about the Mac OS on the disk needing reinstalled or being installed incorrectly which is odd because it’s the only os the MAC has ever had. But the display turned off before I could read it properly.

Will a repair be covered by the warranty I have? If not; then I’m fucked cause I can’t afford it right now with emergency vet visits to.
