WORST cramps ever 1 month post lap.

I had my first lap exactly 4 weeks ago. They also replaced my Kyleena IUD for a Mirena.

I’m just so frustrated. I got my period and it’s heavyyyy and I have the most debilitating cramps. I thought this would be over or at least somewhat relieved but I haven’t felt this shitty in a year.

Did anyone else experience this? I have my post op appointment on the 8th but curious if anyone else had something similar happen. (30F btw)
