Smile lines and lip wrinkles

I'm almost 37 and I unfortunately was not kind to my skin until a few years ago. I valued a good tan over protecting my skin which is a damn shame. Anyone know any tips on how to help reduce the appearance of smiles lines and wrinkles above top lip? I know fillers would help but it's just not my thing.
