Dom is actually a switch? Maybe? Help

So I have a Dom and I’m incredibly submissive, enjoy being degraded, masochistic etc and we both love it. He always directs the situation etc. but recently he has been asking me to do things that confuse me with our established/agreed dynamic. He wants me to fuck other guys, not with him there, but to tell him detailed stories about it after and recently I was really shocked when he told me to tell him his dick was small and was getting off on it. Our agreement makes it hard for me to question these things and I’m confused because even in these situations he is absolutely dominating the situation but asking for degradation and wanting me to be submissive to other guys and tell him about it make it seem like he is atleast a switch or can a Dom like these things? Im kinda new to all of it as he got me into it. I would just appreciate advice on what to do. I’m open to exploring things like that but I could never not be submissive at all.
