I got a new mouse, so downloaded icue. Now my keyboard won't work.

I've had a k57 forever but never used icue for it. Now I got a scimitar so downloaded icue to set up, and none of the buttons on the keyboard work. Everything is lit up and on. But no buttons do anything other than the power switch.

I have no idea what to do. I tried Uninstalling/updating all the keyboard inputs in my device manager. I've unplugged and replugged. Restarted the PC. Tried uninstalling icue but the keyboard still doesn't do anything so I reinstalled it again. I've tried following the reseting the keyboard by turning it off and unplugging everything, then turning it on with esc held but I'm not getting any feedback that it is resetting properly.

I have no idea what else I can do, it seems like icue just bricked a keyboard that was perfectly fine up until now. Any advice?
