People genuinely underrate how much of a cool boss Shigaraki is

I've started to notice more and more how of a Chad Shigaraki is as a boss. Let's analyze.

• He accepts people like Spinner into the League, even though the dude is clear from the start he supports Stain, not Shigaraki and pretty much has no useful quirk unlike the rest of the League. He even doesn't get pissed when Spinner cuts off his speech to Bakugo to mention Stain.
• He's willing to face Gran Torino head on to protect Toga (side note; AFO is in no way his minion but let's acknowledge Shiggy was willing to face ALL MIGHT to try and save his master).
• Twice is a mentally unstable nut job, Shigaraki still accepted him and even trusted his location to him.
• Twice brings Overhaul to Shiggy without knowing his intent. Magne is killed. Shigaraki is instantly horrified and he NEVER punishes or blames Twice. Not even in the slightest. He even trusts him AGAIN to take down Overhaul.
• Was fine with Toga pulling a knife on him.
• His CLONE told Twice to protect Giran before real Shiggy decayed the tower.
• Remembered Compress asking for sushi.
• The FIRST thing he does after waking up is tell Machia to bring his friends; this saved Toga's life as she was basically on a suicide mission.
• Remembered Spinner's desire for a wasteland from half a year ago.

Like the dude's actions are unforgivable but it's shocking how nice he is to the League. Just like Tenko accepted the kids who had no friends, Shigaraki accepts the people in society with no friends.
