Why is there a limit to how many cards we can bookmark and why can't we sort and search them?

I'm still learning the game and all the staple cards and decks etc. I like to bookmark stuff so when I'm fiddling with a structure deck to make changes I can look at the list for ideas.

I've resorted to making a few decks full of staples and commonly used cards specifically for this reason - but it's a pain to have to switch decks, find cards I want, bookmark them, go back to my deck and add them.

The limit seems very small and it's weird they can't be searched or sorted.

I have a really hard time remembering all the good cards so I go online a lot to look for stuff but it would be nice to be able to put them all in one place.

Is there an app for Android maybe that would let me make a library of cards I can easily scroll through?
