UHC Wellness Exam

I got a wellness exam with my PCP a few days ago at the UHC. I had no lab work done or any other special services that wouldn't be covered by the health fee. However, I just got billed almost $180. I thought a wellness exam and other check-ups like that were covered and had no out-of-pocket expense? Is this a mistake I should talk to the UHC billing department about?
