What's it like being an undergraduate writing hub tutor?

I just saw that they are accepting applications for the next academic year and was wondering what it was like? I saw an old post but was wondering about more recent experiences. How is it overall? How competitive was it to get the job? Interview process? Do you enjoy it? Are your time slots usually filled or empty around certain times? Do you often find yourself able to get some studying in while there are no appointments? How many hours do you work per week? Pay?
