[/r/boardgames PGR] Hi - I have a rules clarification question for **Red Rising**. Is a player able to choose to not steal a card after the opponent reveals the card? For example the deploy ability of Tactus reads “You may steal 1 card from an opponent (they may choose the card). If you do, banish T
